AJS Executive Desks — Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview
At AJS Executive Desks, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please review the details below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or are missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within
30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be approved.

Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns due to preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, AJS Executive Desks will cover all return shipping expenses.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)
To begin a return or exchange, email
sales@ajsexecutivedesks.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the request. Our team will provide return instructions and authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

  • Freight (large items): report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Small parcel (UPS/FedEx): report within 15 days of delivery

Please include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within
7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover all costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
For customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges Process
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return request process. Once the original item is received and approved, we will coordinate the replacement order. Customers are responsible for return and reshipment costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
